history

At the age of 19, I ran the family restaurant and have known ever since what it means to be on the front line. With my ambition in my luggage, I traveled around the kitchens of the world. I have spent the last 20 years backstage: developing and optimizing food and gastronomy concepts for around 100 companies in the catering, hotel and retail industries - in Switzerland and internationally.
